The Silicone Lube is for all o-rings on your Aqua Ultraviolet UV Sterilizer. O-rings and gaskets, including the quartz sleeve gasket, should be lubricated annually, and when you're changing out your bulbs and quartz sleeves is the perfect time to do this.
