How to Use:
Simply attach the Quiet One Pump to the Reactor using the included tubing.

When putting the Phosban into the Reactor you will want to use one of the sponges included with the Reactor at the bottom of the Reactor. Pour the Phosban onto the top of the sponge. Place the second sponge near the top of the reactor. The sponges will prevent the Phosban from entering the aquarium.

Before putting the pump in the tank or the sump you will want to gently rinse the Phosban. You can do this by running some clean water from one bucket, through the reactor and into another bucket. Rinse until the water runs clear.

Use the included ball valve to adjust the pump flow rate so that the surface of the Phosban is just barely turning over like the surface of boiling water. Tumbling the Phosban ensures the longest useable life.

Phosban adsorbs phosphate as well as silicate, arsenic and water staining organic compounds. Phosban can be effective for several months before being changed.
