The IceCap RO/DI Refillable DI Cartridge (IC-RI-RE100) does not come with DI resin. However, you can save a lot of money by filling your own cartridges with resin such as the IceCap Deionization Resin.
A DI resin filter is necessary to reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to zero and is the last stage of the water filtration process.
Features:
- This is an empty DI Cartridge. You need to purchase the DI resin separately.
- This is a universal cartridge that can be used in any standard 10" filter housing. This includes the IceCap 4-Stage RO +DI, AquaFx, Aquatic Life, Bulk Reef Supply, Coralife, Kent Marine, Marine Depot, SpectraPure, Vertex and other RO systems that use 10" cartridges.
