You may have had an item back ordered (we send out back order notifications from
[email protected] regarding the back order). Please look at the invoice included with your package. If the item is crossed out on the invoice, then the item was back ordered. We'll ship the item just as soon as we get it in stock.
If the item is not crossed out on your invoice, we probably made an error. Please contact us at
[email protected] and we'll look into the matter. Please include your order number and the First Name and Last Name entered into the billing information section in the order, and refer to the missing product by both description and part number.
